Federation Choir at the Royal Albert Hall

The federation choir had the most amazing day on 14th June - the opportunity to perform on stage at the Royal Albert Hall in London. After learning songs during choir sessions in school with Miss McLean and Miss Painter the children travelled to London and rehearsed as part of a choir of 2000 children from across England, participating in the Armonico Consort AC Academy. In the evening they performed to a very enthusiastic audience of families and friends who had also travelled across the country to attend. The photos show our children, who were actually performing throughout from the centre of the stage. What an amazing experience, one which was thoroughly enjoyed by all of our children and families and will be one which we'll remember forever!

The Federation choir had a wonderful time participating in the massive Young Voices concert, enjoying the arena experience singing with a full live band, backing singers and an internationally-acclaimed director.
